Freedom
Ever feel constricted?
Like you just can’t move?
Behind bars of your elders,
Torturing you mercilessly.
Can’t escape,
Mood shakes,
Need freedom if only for a while.
But youth is stupid,
Most agree.
We should prove them,
Not to be.
I can’t take,
The madness anymore,
Want to get out.
Let the rain and wind beat against me,
In freedom.
